You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment. * Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Issues and Lost Packages:
Engaging LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at mike@engagingllc.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Engaging LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to resend the package to the correct address.
